Start a meditation practice alongside the Humanspace mindfulness teacher of your choice.
You can choose to do one single session, a monthly practice, or a weekly practice. You can pause, stop or change the frequency whenever you wish.
Your meditation program is built according to your intention, goals and timeline. The program is precisely tailored to your needs and aspirations.
